Have you realized that maybe the problem is not someone else, but you?
How do we realize that, and how do we fix it?
To be honest, I don’t really know the answer, I guess the answer could be different for everyone.
I just wrote the article about Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s possibly merging to fill in the gaps that each business has in the outdoor outfitter retail market.
And I guess thats true with us, we often are unaware that there are other people with ideas and strengths that can complement ours.
Often times the hard part is to realize our limitations and embrace the idea that someone else may excel in a particular area. This could be great for you and them because they might see the strengths in you that they are not great with.
So, go make a relationship with someone you admire and respect, they might just feel the same way about you!
